Inter-District

The state provides funding for transfers and the receiving districts can pay for transportation on a voluntary basis.

Charter School

The local or regional board of education of the school district in which the charter school is located provides transportation services for students of the charter school who reside in the district.

Private School

Districts will provide the same kind of transportation services provided for its children attending public schools when a majority of the children attending the private school are residents of the state of Connecticut.
