Welcome to Shaivon’s corner of the EdChoice team! As the Parent Engagement Manager, she brings a unique blend of expertise as a Synergy Strategist, Systems Architect, and Community Commander. With a passion for creating meaningful connections and fostering growth, she is here to drive positive engagement and enhance the experiences of parents, partners, and the entire EdChoice community.

Education has been a cornerstone of her journey. She earned her bachelor’s degree from IUPUI, setting the foundation for her pursuit of knowledge. Currently, she is on the cusp of completing her Master’s degree in Business Management & Marketing at Indiana Wesleyan University. Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, her roots run deep in this vibrant community, driving her to contribute positively to its growth and development.

Outside the realm of academia and work, her heart lies in exploration and connection. She finds solace in traveling to new destinations, gaining fresh perspectives and insights that often find their way back into her professional approach. Her most cherished role, however, is being a mother to a phenomenal teenage daughter, an experience that continually inspires her to strive for excellence.

Beyond these roles, she also channels her energy into volunteering in the community & coaching cheerleading, where she instills the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

As the Parent Engagement Manager, she is excited to leverage her diverse background and skills to forge connections, streamline systems, and cultivate a community of support and collaboration.
